You can log in to your account using these two username options after downloading the app:
- Turkish Citizenship ID Number,
- E-Mail address
Logging into the Application;
- Enter your e-mail address or Turkish Citizenship ID Number and your password.
- If you have entered correct login credentials you'll see your Security Image and you'll be asked to enter Authentication Code. (Attention! If you don't see your securit image or you see a different image than your previous image, please do not enter the Authentication Code!)
- If it's your first time log in from that device, you will be asked to confirm your device. Check your e-mail address for Device Confirmation Code and confirm your device with the 6 digit Device Confirmation Code.
- Because you are able to withdraw cryptocurrencies, creating an application PIN Code is mandatory. Please set your PIN Code to protect BtcTurk | Kripto Mobile application. If your device supports Fingerprint or Face Recognition login options, you can enable supported mobile log in option at ACCOUNT > Security > Mobile Log in Options screen. If you would like to change your application PIN Code, simply log out following ACCOUNT > Account > Log Out and log in again.
