Security Image, is an additional security layer developed against attempts to capture your account information.
Security Image is randomly generated and assigned to your account when you register to BtcTurk and it's being displayed every time if you enter the correct login credentials.
The Security Image(*), which is randomly assigned to your account and unchangeable, allows you to be sure that the login page is not a phishing attempt.
If you can't see the security image assigned your account after entering your e-mail address / TC ID number and password or if you see a different image than you have seen before, you must leave the page without entering the Two Factor Authentication Code. In this case, we kindly ask you to reach support@btcturk.com e-mail address and inform our support team.
