How to cancel an open order?

If you have one or more open orders that's not matched yet and waiting to be triggered or matched, decreases your available balance. If you need more available balance or don't want your open order(s) to be matched or triggered, you must cancel your open order(s).

You can see your open orders under the depth graph in Open Orders section at Basic Trade and cancel the order using the X button on relevant row or edit your orber by clicking the pencil icon, if you want to. Switching to All tab next to Selected Pair will allow you to see all your open orders on all pairs.

How to cancel open orders on mobile application?

Why my order has been canceled automatically?

There is an automatic order cancellation function on BtcTurk to protect users' funds. While an order is being processed, if the market price increases more than 5% of the buy order price, the given order is being canceled automatically to protect the user.

Similar to buy orders, while a sell order is being processed, if the market prices decreases more than 5% of the sell order price, the given order cancels automatically to prevent loss.
