Phone Number Change

In order for your phone number change request to be processed, we kindly request that you deposit TL from your current TL account in your name to your BtcTurk account and send the phone number you want to add to your BtcTurk account via Live Support or via e-mail address destek@btcturk.com

Things to Pay Attention

• Your old phone number will be deleted from the system. After your phone number is deleted, you can log in to your account by registering your new number.
• There is no minimum TL deposit limit, you can deposit even 1 TL. However, we would like to remind you that the minimum TL withdrawal limit is 10 TL and you do not need to submit a receipt after the transaction.
• If your account level is 2, your account level will be reduced to level 1 after the information change. If you wish, you can request to increase your account level after changing your information.
• If you do not have access to your account, you can access IBAN and Recipient Name information by clicking on our BtcTurk Iban Information content.

Your phone number change will be made after you convey exactly what we request from you.

You will be notified by e-mail when your phone number is deleted.
