How to Reset PIN Code for Foreign Users?

If you do not remember the PIN code you used for cryptocurrency withdrawal transactions, or if your PIN code has been blocked for security reasons due to too many incorrect entries, we kindly request you to submit the requested documents to reset your PIN code via Live Support or to the e-mail address destek@btcturk.com.

Your transaction will be completed after you submit the following documents. When your PIN code is reset, you will be informed via SMS and e-mail.

• Photo of the front and back of your ID (Red Residence Permit / International Protection Certificate / Work Permit and Passport (inner side))
• Selfie Document with Petition (Your petition must include a phone number registered in the system.

“To BtcTurk Support Team,

I don't remember the PIN code I created before to withdraw crypto from my BtcTurk account. I request that my existing PIN code be canceled so that I can create a new PIN code.

Things to Pay Attention

• You can submit one of three documents: The front and back side photo of the Red Residence Permit Certificate, the front and back side photo of the International Protection Certificate, the front and back side photo of the Work Permit Certificate, and the inside photo of the Passport.
• We would like to remind you that information changes cannot be made with documents that have expired or are less than 60 days old. You can get information about your expired identity documents by contacting the Provincial Migration Management.
• If you will reset your PIN code with your work permit and passport, you can take two separate selfies and send them by holding the petition and work permit and the petition and passport in your hand.

For selfie document with petition;

• We kindly ask you to take a photo, holding the front of your ID and your petition at the same time, so that your face and the entirety of your petition are visible.
• If your identity or declaration cannot be read, your request will be rejected. For this reason, we recommend you to take a photo of you while hoding your identity and declaration with the back camera of your smartphone with support of somebody else.
